New build 450 student accommodation units – £500K

Adams Carpentry began this 12 month project of the construction of 450 student accommodation units in October 2017.

The works consisted of a full fit out for every unit, including bathroom pods with specialized glass entrance doors and the fitting of modular style bedroom furniture.
Ancillary works for canteen and communal hubs were also carried out, together with fire protection work and the fit out of services. This also included the installation of front entrance doors with electronic locking systems.
